All lets include a free car parking space (a SAVING of approx £35 pw on pay & display car park charges)
Week lets are Saturday to Saturday.
£100 refundable security/damage waiver is required with balance.
Short breaks and midweek holidays are available (subject to availability) for a min of 2 nights from £95 per night, 3 nights from £239, 4 nights from £259.
*Victorian weekend 3 nights £265
Please note: In common with many holiday cottages in the bay Dock Cottage does have a couple of rooms that have low beamed ceilings. Should you feel that this may cause a problem then please ask prior to booking.
