Dock Cottage Details
The family cottage has a cosy feeling and includes two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom and comprises of four floors in total. Each room offers great views over the dock and sea. There are winding staircases leading to each of the floors.
The cottage is maintained to a high standard. Ground floor kitchen access makes unloading easy, before taking your vehicle to our free car park space (included in the cottage rental) at the top of the bank. Pet by arrangement.
Cottage Layout
Ground Floor:
The modern kitchen with white units, wood panelled walls and tiled floor. colour TV, electric 4 ring cooker, oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer and table and four chairs.
First Floor:
The lounge has a two 2 seater settee and 2 chairs, colour TV, DVD, multi fuel stove/log burner. Central heating is available during winter months. Off the lounge is a separate toilet and washbasin.
Second Floor:
The first bedroom has a double bed and the room is fitted out with pine furniture. Off the bedroom is a modernised bathroom with bath, washbasin and over bath shower.
Third Floor:
Access to the second bedroom at the top of the house is through a door leading off the first bedroom and up a further set of stairs which open into the top bedroom. This room has 2 Single beds and wash basin.
